Tracks 5-9 are samples taken from Perfect Collection Ys II (KICA-1015). Tracks 10-12 are samples taken from Perfect Collection Dragon Slayer (KICA-1004). The rest of the tracks seem to be the original music from the games.

Track names (complete with misspellings) are taken from the back tray.
