Originally composed by Masashi Kageyama and programmed into the game by Naohisa Morota, utilizing the Sunsoft 5B sound chip—an enhanced version of the Yamaha YM2149. The album's arrangement tracks were recorded and produced by their respective artists, with mixing handled by Marco Guardia, except for Track 8, which was mixed by Takahiro Izutani.

Perspective Series is a new lineup of soundtracks from Brave Wave Productions, featuring new music arrangements and remixes by Brave Wave’s legendary roster of video game musicians. Each album is guided by the vision of the original game composer wherever possible, as demonstrated in this collaboration with Gimmick! composer Masashi Kageyama. Not only did Kageyama create new arrangements for the album, but he also handpicked several guest musicians and influenced the style and genres of select tracks, ensuring a faithful and inspired reinterpretation of the original music.
