Earthbound Papas Score Two New Titles, Unchained Blades and Hyperdimension Neptunia Victory
Last year, Nobuo Uematsu revealed to us that his new band, the Earthbound Papas, want to compose entire video game scores. Since then, the band have been hired to score two 2012 titles. One is the newly released Hyperdimension Neptunia Victory (aka Choujigen Game Neptune V), the latest in Compile Heart's RPG series featuring actual game consoles and designers (Uematsu himself will be available to summon). A soundtrack was enclosed with the limited edition of the game. The other is the upcoming Unchained Blades Exxiv, a sequel to a dungeon crawler that Uematsu co-composed last year. No information has been released on a soundtrack release yet.
