Gustavo Santaolalla will compose music for science fiction "BIOS"

Oscar winner Gustavo Santaolalla (The Last of Us, The Book of Life, Hell on Wheels) will be a composer of the science fiction drama BIOS. The main roles are played by Tom Hanks, Laura Harrier, Skeet Ulrich, Caleb Landry Jones and Samira Wiley.

The film is set in a post-apocalyptic world. The story is about a sick inventor who builds a robot to protect his beloved dog and sets off on an epic journey to teach his creation to be "human".

It premieres on October 1, 2020.
