Simon has worked on several award-winning projects, including the Sundance-winning "Brothers", the Glass Bear-winning "We Shall Overcome", and the EBU Golden Link-winning documentary "Milosevic on Trial".
In the late 1980s and early 90s, he wrote music in the MOD format under the pseudonym "Melomaniac" and scored music for the Amiga game Foundation.
