The last Final Fantasy orchestral concert that took place in 2005 is a highly acclaimed event. Finally, after years of waiting, another album is out now.
Directed by
Nobuo Uematsu, the man behind all the wonderful inspiring tracks and performed by the
Stockholm Philharmonic Orchestra under the conductor's baton of
Arnie Roth's, this CD covers all the famous pieces from the quintessential RPG series that all gaming fans should be familiar with.
From the Medley that combines themes from the first three games in the series to the famed One Winged Angel that spawned numerous arrangements, this CD takes you on a tour through the generations and merges gaming with high art.
Distant Worlds Music From Final Fantasy is available for US$ 31.90 only at Play-Asia.
Previously released exclusively for Japan, the soundtrack of Square Enix's Chocobo Racing is now officially released to the world. Like Chobobo's Dungeon's albums, this soundtrack contains remixes of previous themes from the famed Final Fantasy series.
Aside from the wide range of gentle to exciting instrumentals, the ending theme of the game, Kokoro no takarabako (Treasure Chest of the Heart) is also included. The ballad is sung by Hiromi Ohta and her gentle voice is backed up with an orchestra complete with a harp, strings and a children's choir.
Fill your ears with Chocobo styled cuteness and sweetness by listening to Chocobo Racing Original Soundtrack. The album is
available at Play-Asia for US$ 19.90 only.
