In honor of 10th anniversary of the brand Halo Microsoft will release not only a special version of the game, but also the soundtrack.
We have already mentioned as much as 3 companies are involved in a remake of a canonical Halo: Combat Evolved. In addition to differences in the graphics, for which is responsible new engine (it is, incidentally, will allow immediately to switch to the classic rendering of 2001), there was recorded a new soundtrack.
The guys from 343 Studios (the main developer of the game, a branch studio of Microsoft) did not disturb Michael Salvatori and Marty O&39;Donnell and recorded a new version of the soundtrack on its own. As in the case with graphics, music just needed to be peen, cleaned here and there, as well as improved sound quality.
Arrangement of the soundtrack was engaged 4 people. The semi-god of the instrumental, arrangment and orchestration, Lenny Moore has certainly made common alteration of the score. Paul Lipson, whose work list includes such games as Bioshock 2, MAG, Infamous 2 (his roles ranged from the head of the audio to the composer), we think was the audio producer. A well-known electronics Tom Salta probably throw gloss for soundtrack, and instrumentalist Brian Trifon, whose sensual guitar performance could be heard in the Assassin&39;s Creed II, engaged in acoustic and electronic.
Very interesting composer staff. Symphonic canvas was written by the famous orchestra The Skywalker Symphony Orchestra, the Chanticleer Vocal Ensemble choir performed the singing.
At 2001 the soundtrack has done considerable noise, receiving many awards, but the main theme, combining symphonic music with bright folk, became the hallmark of the series.
Now for the pleasant. The soundtrack will be released in two editions. Double CD-album on 35 tracks and limited 12-track vinyl. The publisher, of course, Sumthing Else. Issue will be held on the same day with the release of the game, on November 15. The game, of course, is exclusive to Xbox 360.
Either this is coincidence or
