The final, however, not very final, battle between good and evil will unfold on the Earth, where charming Reapers will land. Of course, in Mass Effect 3 way, this comes out at the end of this year, probably in October. We decided to compile the information and reveal the dubbing actors that have confirmed their participation in ME3.Just say, the list has turned out very small.
Mark Meer, the star of the trilogy and the voice of Shepard, confirmed his participation a year ago in an interview. Truly, No one doubted in his case. About a month ago, Tricia Helfer said in her twitter she will return to the role of the ship&39;s AI under the sweet name of EDI. And just the other day Seth Green also confirmed his participation in ME as role of the Joker.
At the moment it&39;s all officially confirmed actors for ME3, alas.
Also we refresh one event - Jack Wall leaved his post of ME chief composer and was replaced by well-known Hollywood composer Clint Mansell.
Cult progressive film composer
Clint Mansell, who’s participate in composing music to all five motion pictures of modern classic
Darren Aranofsky (
Pi, Requiem for a Dream, The Fountain, The Wrestler and a fresh
Black Swan with
Natalie Portman), the movie adaptation of video game
Doom , the soundtrack to the criminal thriller
Smokin 'Aces and the independent science fiction film
The Moon, is currently working on
Mass Effect 3, one of the most anticipated videogame this year. Composer casually mentioned Mass Effect 3 in an
interview published today to the big blog
The Quietus.
For an Englishman Clint Mansell, the ex-leader of influential alternative band
Pop Will Eat Itself, and old
Chris Vrenna and
Trent Reznor’s friend, Mass Effect 3 will be debute in the video game industry. Mansell is known for his devoted love to the post-rock (although he is a universalist, he writes also the symphonic and electronic music), and one of his last big successes - a musical path to the sci-fi film
Moon, (directorial debut of
Duncan Jones, son of actor
David Bowie's first marriage), which likely served as a crucial fact in the choice of composer for Mass Effect 3.
In December last year, fans of Clint Mansell were upset when it became known that the composer had dropped out from promising "source code" (the Hollywood debut of Duncan Jones) in as it seemed quite strange way. Now, when Mansell blabbed out the involvement in the more difficult and more musically complex and project Mass Effect 3, his departure from the "source code" seems logical and justified.
Where
Jack Wall, the main composer of Mass Effect series, would perch himself (and nearly a dozen artists who have worked with Wall like authors of aqdditional music) publisher
Electronic Arts will report next to the release time of the game (this fall), but we assume that he will live in the shadow of the great Clint Mansell.
For those who for some reason missed the "Moon" picture, we offer watch a movie trailer with a fragment of the main theme. Full version of the song
